Quarter 2 Coding Journey

This past quarter has been an exciting adventure into the world of web development! Learning the basics of HTML and starting to code felt like unlocking a secret code. Although it was challenging, it was incredibly rewarding to see even simple web pages come to life. That first "aha!" moment when I saw my code work felt like pure magic!

Of course, I encountered some hurdles along the way. After extended coding sessions, I experienced discomfort in my hands, which was frustrating. It reminded me that pushing through physical limits can be difficult, especially when I can’t adjust my computer setup.

However, I embraced these challenges as opportunities for growth. Instead of investing in costly equipment, I focused on practical solutions. I started taking regular short breaks to stretch and relax my hands, and I became more mindful of my posture. I was amazed at how much a few minutes of stretching could improve my comfort while working.

Looking ahead, I’m excited about the possibilities! I plan to maintain my routine of short breaks and mindful posture, and I’m eager to explore online tutorials for better typing techniques. This experience has taught me that coding isn't just about mastering technical skills; it's also about cultivating a proactive approach to self-care. I've realized that resilience and resourcefulness are vital components of this learning journey. I’m discovering that coding is not just about writing code, but also about finding smart ways to take care of myself along the way. This quarter has shown me that resilience and resourcefulness are just as important as technical skills!
